I forgot what the formula is, but on modular routers such as the 2600 they
are assigned a block of numbers base on the number of slots on the chassis.
For example: slot 0 would have lines 1-32 slot 1 would have 33-64 and so on.
Async 65 sounds about right. You can verify it by using the "show line"
command. What ever the line number is next to aux is the number you will
use for the Async interface.
