IPX Over ISDN

Hello Group

I would like suggestions on how to configure IPX over a backup ISDN bri
without always bringing the link up. Is there a way to do this through the
dialer list? I understand you cant use statics so those are out. I also
looked into snapshot routing but I dont belive this works on a backup
interface, but yes I have been wrong before. I am taking the lab on Thursday
so I am just trying to nail down some last min questons (so I dont get
nailed). Thanks!
