My guess is that your clock rate is to high for the
interface and you are having "phase shifts". Check to
see if that is a valid clock rate for your serial
interface. I don't remember seeing a rate that high.
I thought v.35 only went up to 4000000. If it is an
rs232 it the highest I think is 115K.
