8= ITU standard
2= from public network to user
95 (hex) = 1001 0101
now drop high order bit, result is 001 0101
back to hex = 15
look in to metrix from above url (for HEX value)
Your destination is accespting call but rejecting for some reason
Do following debugs in destiantion
isdn q931
ppp nego
ppp auth
ppp auth task (ver 12.x)
delete and recreate username password (a trade secret which does not make
any
logic, perhaps reload would help is EVERYTHING SEEMS OK)
