Padhu,
If you haven't already, check the following:
* BRI port type ( U or S/T)
* ISDN Switch type (try different type)
* Cable from the BRI port to the jack. (straight thru, not cross over)
I had a problem with my home ISDN switch type. Telco told me to use
certain type, but it didn't work.
I tried other types and found one that worked. Later on, I found out that
it was a common thing among the users.
If the layer 1 isn't working, I woudn't even bother trying other stuff like
SPID#.

Check with the TECO.... Is it an extended demark ?? if so check the pin
outs ...
