Correct, they are two separate settings. With "encap frame" these are the
non-defaults...

interface Serial0
 ip address 16.1.1.2 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay
 ip split-horizon
 no ip split-horizon eigrp 1

sh ip int s0, shows the split-horizon setting for RIP/IGRP

squid91#sh ip int s0
Serial0 is up, line protocol is up
 ......
  Split horizon is enabled <<<<<< this is the split-horizon for
RIP/IGRP
  ........

I can't find a show command that displays whether EIGRP split-horizon is on
or not.
