    Title: BGP Sync Problem

The last 5 routes in the BGP table below are being learned via IBGP
from a router on the other side of the AS. However, these routes are
not synced, despite what appears to be the appropriate routes in the
routing table. (FYI The 32 bit addresses are loopbacks and the
103.0.0.0 was redistributed into bgp and ospf from RIP) There is
full ping connectivity between all addresses.

If I put in a static route to the next hop or null0 the route becomes
synchronized and are advertised to an EBGP neighbor (ip route
   103.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 or ip route 154.1.1.1 255.255.255.255 ).

(Below 154.1.1.1 is currently synced because I have added a static
route. (151,152,153 are essentially identical to 154 other than
   that.)

I'm assuming that IA and E2 areas are not good enough to sync. I
just added a 155.1.1.1 in the same area as this router and it syncs up
without a problem. Can anyone confirm?
