Well, I disagree with you on the issue of EIGRP. I have configured DDR with
EIGRP and it worked! All you have to do is configure your dialer-list not to
see the following as interesting;

1. traffic going from the BRI interface to host 224.0.0.10
2. EIGRP traffic going from one BRI interfaces to the other

Any other traffic as interesting!

Try it, this should work.
