You have to disable synchronization anytime an IBGP learned route is not also
in the IGP. So RC will not use any routes given to it by RB or RD if the IGP
does not about them as well (redistribution).

Kevin

// Why do I have to turn off the synchronization on the route reflector Server
// in order to have the clients get the complete BGP tables exchanged
// Is there any reason for that
//
//
// As100 ----- as200 ( Rb---rc---rd)
// I made Rb and Rd as the route reflector clients
// If I turn off the synchronization on RC then the Rb and Rd have the
// complete BGP tables
// Other wise not
// I dont know the exact reason for that
// Feedbacks would be appreciated
// thanks
// Abdul
