IOS Firewall

Anyone know of a way to configure the IOS Firewall Feature set to NOT build
a dynamic ACL for HTTP traffic only? I would like to have CBAC still
inspect and "protect" other TCP traffic, I just want it to exclude HTTP
from the process. The only way I can see to do this is turn off tcp
inspection and let all tcp in and out of the network with no monitoring.

TAC told me tough cookies, can't be done. I thought I'd throw it out here
to see what you folks say.

TIA!
