Hello,
The syntax as I read it seems to imply the below:

dlsw icanreach {mac-exclusive | netbios-exclusive [remote] | mac-address mac-ad
dr
[mask mask] | netbios-name name | saps}
no dlsw icanreach {mac-exclusive | netbios-exclusive [remote] | mac-address mac
-addr
[mask mask] | netbios-name name | saps}

Syntax Description
..
 mac-address mac-addr
                    Configures a MAC address that this router can locally reach
.
 mask mask
                    (Optional) MAC address mask in hexadecimal h.h.h. The "f" v
alue represents the "don't care" bit
                    and the "0" value represents the "care" bit. The mask indic
ates which bits in the MAC address are
                    relevant.

Shouldn't

> 4000.3745.0003, use
>
> 1. dlsw icanreach mac-adddress 4000.3745.0003 mask

be

and

be

?

IMHO
Andy.

Robert,
Although your lists are constructed correctly, if you want to show
reachability to one and only one mac address you must use the dlsw icanreach
mac-exclusive command. This tells peers that it can reach only one mac
address. I am not sure if that was part of your question.

Hi Bob,

I think you are correct.
But let's see if someone can confirm.

Mohan.
