to accomplish unequal cost load balancing you have 3 options:
- manipulate the interface OSPF cost to make links look equal.
- manipulate the interface bandwidth to make links look equal.
- use EIGRP instead.

Of the three options the first two can work, but in a practical sense
may produce results that you do not like in performance. The third
option is the best - EIGRP does unequal cost load balancing much more
gracefully.
