Basir,
r1 is fine. r2 doesn't need anything special; you only need
'lane config fixed-config-atm-address' on the device running
the LECS.
I'm trying to replicate some of the options that have been
discussed here recently and I think I'm having some trouble
with 12.0.9 and/or 12.0.7T. I'll report back when I find
something conclusive.
