Problem with sec addressses in EIGRP

Hi,
we have two RSMS and the fa0/0 port of a 7206 on the same Physical LAN

I configured the vlan 1on RSM 1 with a secondary address of
146.184.75.1/24
when I look in to the router I can see that route learning via EIGRP and
same on the RSM2

but when I add the address 146.184.75.2/24 as a secondary address on the
vlan 1 interface on RSM2 ( which is running EIGRP as well)
the route in the Main router vanishes
I changed the delay parameter as well but I dont know why is this happening
Can any body help me with it
For the time being I added a static route on the router
