Same thing here. I don't get it.

I tested it in the lab today and it does indeed work fine with-
out 'source-bridge ring-group'. At least for NetBIOS, I didn't
test SNA.
CCO samples (http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/697/3.html)
doesn't use it whereas the DLSw configuration guide for 12.1
does.
