You need to create a summary route /24 for the bri interface and then use
redistribute connected in the IGRP routing process to insert the bri summary
route to IGRP. Connected routes are not redistributed by OSPF to IGRP.

Subject: OSPF to IGRP redistribution

All,
I have a router that is an ASBR with all of its interfaces in area 0 except
for a serial interface running IGRP. This serial interface has a class B
address with a /24 address. The BRI interface has the same class B address
with a /27. The problem is that I cannot get my BRI interface advertised to
any downstream IGRP routers. I tried a summary-address and I also tried an
"area range 0" command. Neither of these worked. How can I get this /27
into my /24 IGRP domain?
