CCIE LAB - RTP

I have heard that the CCIE Lab in RTP, North Carolina is quite tough
compared to the other Lab centers. What makes it tougher there ? I
thought that Cisco had standardised the Labs at all centers.
Is it true that lesser number of CCIEs pass from this center.

Any or all suggestions are appreciated.
