Not to be offensively obvious about this, but you do know about the
configuration differences between the Channelized T1 port (controller
subcommands, instead of interface subcommands) and the regular T1
   DSU/CSU WIC don't you?

A channelized T1 shouldn't be a problem provided you are using the
same amount of channels at both ends - also if you're using less
than 24 you need to make sure that they are the same ones i.e. 1-4
     on both ends.

Make sure that framing and linecode are the same at both ends.

Check clocking and make sure that one is providing, one is
     listening.

The crossover cable should be such:

     1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

     4 5 3 1 2 6 7 8

     Swap 1/2 with 4/5.

If all that seems ok then run loopback tests. Start with local
loopback on one end and work your way out.

I'm trying to use a t1 crossover cable between two routers I have
     in the
     lab
for a few days. One router is a 3661 with the dual channelized t1
     card.
The other is a 1750 with a t1 wic. I get carrier detect but I
     can't get
line protocol to come up. Because of the carrier detect I'm pretty
     sure
     the
crossover is right. Can anyone make suggestions about how to get
     this
working? Is the channelized interface a problem? Thanks!
