For back to back connections, do not forget the "atm clock internal"
interface command.
It will be needed for clocking

You need an ATM switch to do SVC stuff like CLIP and LANE.
But, to do PVC stuff you dont need an ATM switch.
Just connect your two routers back to back and configure the same VPI/VCI
parameter
on both sides. Presto, you have a PVC.
