   Zheng,
   Since the pinouts depend on the E&M type (Type 1, Type2, etc.) as well
   as whether it's 2-wire or 4-wire E&M you will probably need to make a
   cable or, as most people do, use a punch down block to cross-connect
   the PBX and the Cisco E&M port. Hope this helps.
