If you're looking for courses, Telcordia college (former BellCore labs)
offers the full suite of Cisco/Stratacom classes and has a lab setup.
Otherwise Cisco-proper offers courses, but they'll probably charge you more
since you work for Lucent (smirk) Just kidding...
There's no good self-study to that equipment as far as I've been able to
tell unless you know someone and can snag some internal Stratacom training
guides. (If you do, please share!)
Unfortunately, the equipment is too expensive to set up a lab to play with
and learn that way, but I'm sure Lucent may have enough money to set
something up! Unless of course, you're looking at Cisco equipment
certification outside the realm of working for Lucent...

Subject: WAN switching
Hi,
Anyone can give some recommendation on how should I study for WAN switching?
I heard Ascend does better in this field than Cisco. Is it true? Which
courses should I take?
Thanks a lot.
