I think it really depends on your experiance and exposure
to diffrent networking dicplines. If all you have ever seen
in production is EIGRP/IP, & RIP for example, then the class would
be good exposure to new things in a learning environment on the
other hand if you seen all the core stuff for a prolonged period
of time, throughout your career and training then it may make more
sence to take actuall lab ONCE or TWICE or THRICE or FOURTimes etc.
