To set the an ATM NSAP for you LECS you need to configure the lecs nsap
address at the global configuration.
Switch(config)# atm lecs-address-default (nsap address)
You must save the config after you configured.
Then for the lec to learn the about the specific lecs nsap address, you need
to configure the nsap address of the lecs at the subinterface where you
configure the lec.
Switch(config)# atm lecs-address (nsap address)
Switch(config)# interface atm0
Switch(config-if)# lane client ethernet (elan name)
hope this helps.
