Ah, but this is the BW parameter for the routing protocols to figure out their
business. It doesn't represent the actual BW of the tunnel does it? How would
one ensure a certain level of operation for your tunnel? I'm thinking custom
queueing with tweaked byte-counts for GRE, what are you guys' views on this?

All,
Earlier I had stated that tunnels run at 9Mbps. They actually run at 9Kbps
(Ref "Routing TCP/IP, Jeff Doyle, Pg. 241).
