APPLETALK Access list

Hey all

I have this problem with appletalk access list , they are not working or I'm
confuguring them wrong
I have R3 connected to R4 and I want network 750 to be out of R4 routing
table , here are the configurations

R4

interface Serial1
 ip address 132.1.32.34 255.255.255.240
 encapsulation frame-relay
 ip ospf network point-to-multipoint
 no ip mroute-cache
 appletalk address 100.4
 appletalk zone FRAME
 appletalk protocol eigrp
 no appletalk protocol rtmp
 appletalk distribute-list 601 in
 no appletalk eigrp-splithorizon
 no fair-queue

access-list 601 deny network 750
access-list 601 permit other-access

R4#sh app route
Codes: R - RTMP derived, E - EIGRP derived, C - connected, A - AURP
       S - static P - proxy
8 routes in internet

The first zone listed for each entry is its default (primary) zone.
