Ok, I might have answered my own question. I turned up a /30 on the tunnel
(10.1.1.1 at one end and 10.1.1.2 on the other). Then I added a static
mroute to the tunnel destination (host route only) for each corresponding
tunnel destination. Seems to have fixed the RPF check failures. Now, without
a switch and without a multicast client, how do I verify that multicast is
working properly? The join groups seem to be advertised properly, but I just
don't know how to test if I have done this correctly.
