Hi all!

I hope this is an easy one, but it's driving me nuts. I have the following:

2513 Serial 1 Serial 0 AGS+
(R3) <--[DCE] crossover cable [DTE]--> (R4)

During the AGS+ bootup, I get an Up Up status briefly on R3, then once R4
finally boots both sides stay Down Down. I have tried multiple cables (I
only have 2, got them from PacificCable.com) using Frame Relay, HDLC and PPP
encapsulations. Excerpt from configs (HDLC encap):

R3 (DCE) IOS version 11.3(11a)

ip address 192.168.254.1 255.255.255.0
clock rate 64000
dce-terminal-timing-enable

R4 (DTE) IOS version 11.0(22)

ip address 192.168.254.2 255.255.255.0

This works fine connecting two 2500's (with 60-60 pin cable) up to clock
rate 4000000. Does it have something to do with the differing versions of
IOS? Any ideas?? Thanks!
