If you are using LANE you don't need to define the NSAP or esi-address for
the int or subint.
but if the ILMI is disabled then you need to specify manually the LANE
components ATM address.
If you are using for PVC no question of NSAP or QSAAL or ILMI.
If you are using RFC1577 SVC then you'd need to define QSAAL/ILMI PVC and
just esi-address if ilmi is enabled otherwise the NSAP.
show int atm x.y will show the NSAP for that interface
sh lane def shows the lane components NSAPs for the ATM module
