Why don't you configure your loopback before adding the OSPF routing process
then the loopback will be the ospf router id. This will save you time and
time is what you'll need.

Subject: OSPF router id
Hi,
I configured my router ospf process first, then enabled a
loopback
interface, in order to change the router id to loopback
interface, I have to
reboot my router. Is there a quick way to do it?
Thanks a lot.
