Answers are in line...

When I configure OSPF on demand circuit,

1. Shall I put 'ip ospf network-type' on it?
A:> IT depends most of the times U may nead this but proctor may say avoide
this command. In case U are suggested to avoide U may have flexibility to use
subint or phy.
Most os the times U can use this command.
2. Shall I put a 'broadcast' parameter on 'dialer map'? If I do, will the
OSPF multicast traffic keep the line up permenantly? If I don't, will OSPF
work properly?
A:> As far as dialer map is concerned broadcast is rqd. if U want to pass
directed broadcast or routing updates.
If U are not wishing to run any routing protocol on ISDN U no nead to worry
about this command infact U can specify it so directed broadcast will be
passed.
If U are runing any routing protocols and still wanted routing updates
shoudnot initiate the call U may go for demand ckt or snapshort routing
depening on the routing protocol.
Hope this helps for U.
