at this point you have built a means for establishing a virtyal circuit.
>From here there are a couple of ways to map atm addresses to NSAP's.
The first is to configure RFC 1577 arp server. Basically you
configure the router that will be the arp server with the arp-server self
command. The clients will be configured with the arp-server nsap
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx where xxxxxxxxxxx is the NSAP of the arp server.
The second is to configure Map-lists. to do this you create a map list
in global config.
map-list ccielab
ip 1.1.1.1 atm-nsap xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
next you apply the map-list to an interface using map-group command:
int amt 0
map-group ccielab
Finally the last way of doing this is to use Lane. This involves setting
up a LECS, LES-BUS, and a LEC.
This one's a little involved. I think Cisco's Docs can better explain it
than I can
Hope this long-winded messages is useful
