My understanding is that this command allows appletalk to route packets in
and out of the same interface. This is extremely relevant in hub and spoke
topologies where it is necessary to enter into an interface, say on one
DLCI, and exit out that same interface, say on another DLCI.
I can't find anything on CCO on it though for some reason.. Spent about 10
minutes looking through 11.2 - 12.0 config master indexes.
