Chad is right, NLSP is a link state protocol like OSPF and filtering is
difficult because each router is creating its own route table from the
database it puts together from link state advertisements. Particular link
state advertisements would have to be filtered which is not possible.
Filtering at a redistribution point is possible because the info comes from
the route table and not the LSDB. The same is true for OSPF.
