Yes you can do back to back T1 between CSU/DSU's, you will need to make
a T1 crossover cable:
Required Pins on RJ-45:
1 <--> 4
2 <--> 5
4 <--> 1
5 <--> 2
You cannot emulate or spoof a PRI, you must use a device that will
provide D-channel signalling such as an Adtran Atlas 800, or an
inexpensive PBX or Key system that has a PRI interface.
