I do not know where you got this information - sounds like one of thos "Lab
myths"
When I did the lab there was nothing about this there. I rebooted a number
of times, and at the end of the day when we ran through where I dropped
points, this was not one of them.
What you do need to bear in mind is the amount of time for a 2500 series
router to reboot - in the middle of a lab when you are _very_ conscious of
time, it seems to take forever !
