yeah, there are many small bugs which require you to reboot. Recently
I configured EIGRP on two routers, then added RIP, then removed EIGRP
-- and one of the router's RIP didn't send any updates. After a reboot
all went allright.
Also it was with BGP confederation -- the router didn't want to send
any updates to EBGP neighbor within confederation, until I rebooted
it.
So, if the configs seem to be right, and it does not work, reboot it.
