Rodrigo,
I strongly feel (I donīt have access to routers now to verify) that
you should use the same configuration for the async line:
line aux 0
no exec
transport input all
The tricky is that the port to be used to telnet it should be 2009. If
your terminal server was a 2511, you should use 2017. Issue a "show
line", verify which is the tty # for that port and sum 2000 to it.
ip host R9 2009 x.x.x.x
