DECNET split-horizon

I have configured a router with DECNET and is node-type area. I am not able to
disable split horizon on the multipoint frame subinterface.
Is it the normal behaviour or is there something else ?
The setup is....
      R1 is hub router and R2 and R3 are spoke with eachin different DEC area.
I am not seeing the routes from R2 on R3.
