No Synchronization

HI all,

My scenario:

R1 --- R4 ----(FR)---- R2
                 |
                 |
                 R3

R1 in BGP As 200, R2,3 & 4 in AS 100 & also running OSPF with
point-to-multipoint. R3 is the hub router with 2 PVCs to R4 & R2.

R1 has a loopback & originate it to R4. This loopback appeared in R4 routing
table but not R2 & R3, so I issued "No Sync" command on both but it appeared
a short while & went off, any idea???
