The official time or the actual time? Your letter from CISCO confirming your
date will have the official time (830am day 1 or 800am day 2), but the
actual time depends on the group testing 'in front' of you. Testing overlaps
so there will be a group working on day 2 while you are starting your day 1.
At the beginning of day 2, the proctor explains what you've done right/wrong
on day 1, and answers any questions (to a point) that you have. While he is
doing this, you'll be waiting in the lobby. If the folks in front of you
have lots of questions, you may start a bit later than official start time.
You WILL get 8 hours to fininsh regardless of when you start.
