No comments on Raleigh, but I did test with the proctor from SJ. Kathyrn
Saccenti was excellent to work with and really provided the sanity I needed.
She was very knowledgeable, fair, and down to earth. I must say that
feedback I've heard from many indicates that most if not all of the proctors
are similar however.
Just thought I'd fire in my $.02
