Mobile ARP is a cool concept, in that it allows you to move your station
around to various places in your network. However, to accurately work, some
of your segments may need to have bridging enabled. if you do a search on
'mobile arp' on CCO, you can find some documentation regarding the whole
process.
Forgive the lack of an exact link, but I'm out and about today (sans web).
I played with mobile arp once, and wasn't overly impressed. *shrug*
