LECS can be setup on LS1010 but not necessarily. You may also choose to
setup LECS on ATM adapter in your router by manually assigning LECS NSAP
address (I believe you would want to do it on a sub-interface). However, all
other ATM connections much also know this LECS NSAP address because it it
not automatically learned via ILMI. Therefore, you would have to manually
configure all participating ATM adapters for this LECS address.

Any other comments on this one?
