According to "Designing Internetworks for Multimedia" article from
"Internetwork Design Guide" on Cisco CD, Section "IP Multicast Group
Addressing", the low 23 bits of multicast address are copied
into Ethernet address, so 224.0.1.22 would be 01 00 5e 00 01 16,
224.0.5.5 would be 01 00 5e 00 05 05 etc.
But why on Earth you need this ? As far as I know this wasn't ever
touched on CCIE labs.
