I thought pvc 0 16 ilmi has already communicate with switch to get the
network prefix. usually you have 4 lines under physical int atm 0
pvc 1 0 5 ..
pvc 2 0 16 ..
lane config data ....
lane config auto...

What do you mean hard code one? I do not need to hard code esi add. or arp
server here as it is not a SVC config.
