dlsw dynamic peer

Hi..

I have two routers

[r3]
dlsw local-peer peer-id 10.10.30.1
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 10.10.21.4 keepalive 0 timeout 90 dynamic inactivity 1
dlsw bridge-group 1

[r4]
dlsw local-peer peer-id 10.10.21.4 cost 5 promiscuous
dlsw bridge-group 1

I am trying to configure dynamic peer. From what I understand, the above will
setup a dynamic peer with r4. After one minute (inactivity 1),
the peer should be disconnected if there isn't any dlsw data from r3 to r4.
When I do a show dlsw peer, the peer remains connected till about 10 min
later. WHat is wrong ?

Any help appreciated.
