I've done it. It was painful. Not because of the complexity of the config,
but because the ancient token ring equipment that comprised the customer's
network was very flakey. For a while I played stump-the-TAC until we
upgraded the code of every module in the box and hard set the ports to hdc
etc. because the auto-detect wasn't. I certainly hope I get asked to do this
in the lab. I want something back for all that time.
