I'd look at floating statics for simplicity, otherwise you will be fighting
OSPF hellos that will bring up your link (unless you do an ospf
demand-circuit).
You will need to redistribute your static route to R5 into OSPF if you want
other routers to get to it.  You will also need a floating static default
route on R5 pointing back over the ISDN link.
