EIGRP will take in the classful network in "network x.x.x.x" command only.
If you can't see eigrp being redistributed into ospf, it could be subnet
left out with "redistribute eigrp <AS#> subnets" command.

It may be some addressing assignment error on your interface. In normal
case, when you have 2 peering routers running eigrp, say on S0 & S0
interfaces, a "sh ip eigrp neigh" or "sh ip eigrp int" will show the
appropriate peerings.
