encap x25 (DCE) one-side must be DCE

x25 lic/hic (specify incoming circuit ranges lic= lowest incoming, hic = highes
t incoming) (DCE Initiated)
x25 ltc/htc (specify two way circuit ranges) (DTE/DCE initiated)
x25 loc/hoc (specify outgoing circuit ranges) (DTE initiated)
x25 modulo (8 or 128 = max windows sizes)
x25 win/wout - window sizes
x25 ips/ops - packet sizes
ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
x25 map ip 10.1.1.2 2222 (the other end of the link
x25 map ip 10.1.1.1 2222 (this will allow pings to local serial interface)
then you can get into lapb parameters if required
settings need to match on both sides
